SHIPPING POLICY
Steel City Shirts uses Royal Mail to fulfil shipping. Shipping prices are guaranteed the cheapest available. Customers can choose from Standard shipping, Tracked shipping , or alternatively you can pick up at a gig where Steel City Shirts is present or in Sheffield UK if you live nearby.
All products being checked before being shipped and will be sent from the Steel City ( Sheffield UK). Delivery times depends on your location and which shipping method you chose at the checkout. You`ll be notified by email once your item has been despatched.
Non pre-order items will be despatched within 3 days of the purchase.

Delivery times:
1. UK: 2-5 days
2: INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 5-21 days
If your package comes back to us for any reason, we will send a notification by email. If you do not respond within 4 weeks, we will return the item to our stock and refund you the amount of the order, less the shipping fee.
After the products been shipped, there`s not too much that we can do about it, but if you purchased tracked shipping and you are concerned about your package, first please try to track your package at the Order Tracking page on the let hand side. If you still haven`t been able to track it, contact us at [email protected] and we will try our best to help you to locate your package.
Steel City Shirts shall not be held responsible for slow service or damaged items during transit, any packages stuck in customs, delivered to the wrong address at the hands of the postal service or stolen.For overseas orders, customers are resposible for any local duties and taxes payable.
PRE ORDERS
Pre-orders will ship out at the date specified at the product description. Additional products purchased with a pre-order will be shipped at the time the pre-order is ready to despatch. Multiple pre-orders purchased at the same time will be shipped at the time of the latest pre-order.
Here at Steel City Shirts we are working hard and doing my best to deliver all pre-orders ready by this date and not to leave you without quality band merch for too long, however unexpected events can happen which are beyond our control. If that`s the case, all customers will be notified at the contact channel given at the time of the purchase.
