All payments are run through PayPal`s policy and the websites are protected by PayPal.
RETURNS
As with every online purchase, you automatically have a 14 day `cooling off` period, as you haven`t seen the product in person. Size charts are provided for all products in the desription, please make sure to check them before placing an order.
Steel City Shirts does it`s best to deliver your great products which you will be happy with for forever, however in the even of the product doesn`t fulfils your expectations for any reason, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving the item. If you are intended to return a product, please let us know by emailing your order details (order ID, name, address, list of products to return) to [email protected], so we can forward the return address and know when to expect your package.
Items must be returned in the original packaging in unworn condition with the tags still attached. You do need to make sure it`s packaged in a way that it doesn`t get damaged. In case the product gets damaged due to poor packaging and/ or the value of the item has been reduces by you (i.e. item has been worn, tags been removed), Steel City Shirts reserves the right to reduce the amount of your refund accordingly to the extent of the damage. Customers are not entitled for refund of shipping costs.
Refund will be processesed within 14 after we received the item through the payment method you have used to purchase the item. Please allow a further 3-10 days the amount to reach your account.
Customers are liable to pay the return postage fees and refunds will be issued only if the product successfully reaches Steel City Shirts in Sheffield UK, so please consider of using a trackable shipment, you can use this to prove that you have posted the item.
Steel City Shirts will not issue a refund for products returned with non-trackable shipping which have been lost through post.
You can cancel your order if it has not been despatched yet.
EXCHANGES
As most of the products at Steel City Shirts are screen printed in house according to the number of pre-orders, we are operating with limited stock levels and size availability and exchanges are not always possible. But why not shoot an email to [email protected] to find out what we have left?
Alternatively, you can request a refund within 14 days of the pruchase and place a new order for a different product from the webstore.
